NHS Mind Matters - New Support for 2024'

 

NHS Mind Matters have a range of free services & support open to all Surrey residents. Please see the leaflets below for details of these wonderful support services and how to access them.

FREE new Financial and Wellbeing Support Service for Epsom and Ewell

 

The Mary Francis Trust are thrilled to announce that the FREE new Financial and Wellbeing Support Service for Epsom and Ewell is now OPEN!

 

Anyone aged 18+, living in Epsom & Ewell and experiencing both financial difficulties and wellbeing issues can now apply to receive our free support. (Please note they may consider clients from just outside of Epsom & Ewell on a case-by-case basis).

 

This service is delivered in partnership with Citizens Advice Epsom & Ewell (CAEE) who will deliver expert money and debt advice. Mary Frances Trust (MFT) will deliver specialist mental health support. Case Workers from both organisations will work with each client to support them to improve their financial situation and emotional wellbeing in the short and long term through a series of face-to-face, telephone or online appointments, as part of one seamless service.

Be Your Best Surrey

Be Your Best (BYB) - Surrey’s free healthy lifestyle programme for families with a child/children above the healthy weight range. BYB partner with Children & Family Health Surrey and are part of Active Surrey at Surrey County Council. We are always looking for new families to support to and guide. Health Visiting Advice Line

Families with children from birth to 19 years old can call the Surrey-wide 0-19 Advice Line

The advice line is available from 8am- 5pm, Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) providing support on all aspects of child health, development and parenting.

Children and Family Health Surrey

Children and Family Health Surrey is the Surrey-wide NHS community health service for children and young people from birth up to 19 years of age and their parents and carers.

Pregnancy Advice Line

If you are under the care of Epsom and St Helier Hospitals, Royal Surrey Hospital or Ashford and St Peter's and you are pregnant or have a baby under 28 days old, you can get advice from professional staff 24 hours a day 7 days a week by calling

Relate

Relate can help you make the most of your couple and family relationships, past, present or future. We can help you even if you're not currently in a relationship.

Services include relationship counselling for individuals and couples, family counselling, mediation, children and young peoples counselling and sex therapy. We also provide friendly and informal workshops for people at important stages in their relationships.

Phone, email and live chat counselling is also available so you can choose the support that works for you.

Healthy Start Vitamins

Healthy Start Vitamins are available to buy or obtain with a voucher from Ewell Family Centre during office hours.
